We start with our 24/7 Immediate Response team to handle any emergency situations.
Upon arrival, we begin with a property inspection & moisture detection to properly assess all potential issues.
That is followed by a complete water removal & water extraction from the property. We will also initiate the cleaning and packing of content affected by the water. This includes a detailed inventory of damaged personal property and contents that will be removed from the premises.
We then dry the property thoroughly to prevent further damage. During this phase we also remove any building materials that are not salvageable. We disinfect, sanitize, and deodorize the property and content affected.
We complete the process by submitting a list of documents to the insurance carrier that include photographs, diagrams, drying progress logs and an itemized estimate outlining the work that was completed at the job site. We leave your home when everything is dry and ready for a contractor to complete the repairs.
